Ally Bosak is a pleasure and blessing to work with. She is incredibly knowledgeable, intelligent and considerate. As much as I believe selling a house is just a transfer of property, it is also quite emotional. Between the investment you put into the upkeep, personalization and family memories it is a big change and you want to make sure you are making the right decision. When considering selling our house Ally was completely pressure-free and gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision on if we wanted to sell, and then had a great strategy for getting the most out of the transition once we made the decision. When we gave her the go-ahead she hit the ground running. In the end, she made the best listing I have ever seen. The quality of the images, video, listing information and marketing were top notch. We ended up selling the house in one weekend and got a higher than asking price that included free rent-back. Rent-back was something Ally insisted on that my husband and I did not think was necessary at the time but was the right choice for our situation to avoid moving into storage before our final destination which would have been difficult with 2 kids under 2. And this is not the only example of how she was solving problems we didn't know we had. Ally worked harder for us than we ever expected and we are very happy with the results. My husband and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone in the market to buy or sell.

So picky, I would probably have fired us, but Ally was amazing and patient, and most of all, honest. I never felt rushed or coerced to make a decision. She was always available for last minute showings and pointed out things in homes we might have missed or never thought about!nShe found our dream home!nnAnd she sold our home in a single weekend during a slower season!nI have been to many, many, open homes, and I've never seen an agent put in as much effort and attention to detail as she did when selling our home.nShe did such an amazing job, I almost bought our home back!nnDefinitely recommend her!

Ally is professional and a keen negotiator! In a crazy market, she suggested some extra little things we could do to make our offer stand out and hopefully get accepted. We won the bid even though we were not highest bidder because of one of these adds to our offer. She is quick to respond to texts and calls, and we couldn’t be happier in our new home.
