Even though the day I came to get the keys was crazy, I am still giving this place a 5 because it all worked out :) Joyce is so nice and I felt like every time we communicated, I was talking with a close friend. She helped us so much with the application and with any issues we had, with zero hesitation. After living here just over a month, I am so happy to have moved here. This property is so quiet! It actually took us awhile to get used to it because of noisy place we moved from. I love living right across from the park. Also being close to stores and the highway. I never had a trash service before and it's great! Sun-Thurs you can just set your bags of trash and recycling outside your door and its gone by morning. It's such a nice change not having the dumpster always in view. Even if you have bigger items to discard the dumpsters aren't far. You can easily walk it or put it in your car and dump it on your drive out. I am looking forward to the months to come. I will update if anything changes but so far this place is great!

An issue I have been experiencing since moved in is the noise coming from my upstairs neighbor. I understand because of the pandemic many of us are working from home, but the stomping noise between 11:00pm - 1:00pm is becoming a major issue as we are having a nearly 60 years old at home who has to go to work at 7:00 am in the morning. He has been woken up by the noise at least 3 times a week.nnAnother issue is that our upstairs neighbor throws his garbage or leaves directly off of his balcony, which fells on mine and the first floor neighbor's balcony. I've heard him scrub the balcony and then later on, water is falling down directly on my balcony.nnOverall, my experience at 2000 Lake Washington is good. It would be even better if the above issue can be fixed.

Do not expect your deposit to be refunded at this apartment. I am a long-distance truck driver, lived alone at home and very rarely. There were no children or animals in the apartment. Before leaving, I washed and swept everything. Rented an apartment in excellent condition, the office workers were happy. They promised to send me a check with my deposit, but they cheated. And in this parking lot, my Cadillac Escalade neighbors beat and scratched more than once, I had to install a video camera. And there is also no common place for garbage disposal in these apartments. once a week, your trash can is picked up at your door.

Out of all of the communities in the area, 2000 Lake Washington Apartments has one of the best management staffs I have had the pleasure of working with. Friendly and attentive to any of our needs. I have friends that live in surrounding communities that do not get the same 5 star service that is provided here. Paula and her staff are really great! Grounds are always clean. Communications regarding any property changes or announcements are communicated well through automated systems so we don't miss anything. I would highly recommend making this community your home as I have for close to 2 years now.

I definitely recommend 2000 Lake Washington Apartments! My family and I lived here for 1 year & just renewed our lease. We really enjoy living here! Beautiful grounds, comfortable apartments, wonderful management, awesome amenities, & great location! The apartment is comfortable and we love our fireplace. We’ve not come across any major issues or complaints. When we request maintenance service, they are quick to respond & provide great and timely service. The grounds are well kept, kid & dog friendly. There are many spots to walk our dog & there is even a dog run. We feel safe for our kids to play in the yards & they have made so many friends! We enjoy the amenities that are open 24 hrs: pool, sauna, indoor hot tub, BBQ area, & fitness area. The amenities are well kept, clean, & always functional. The rent is reasonable & competitive for the area. Every unit is assigned a parking space & there is open parking for another vehicle. We appreciate every unit is individual & the utilities are kept separate from the other units; so, we only pay for what we use. The management is very friendly & accommodating! They make us feel so comfortable & we are so happy to call this place our home.
