I have loved living here at Avalon Newcastle Commons the office staff is great with Jessy and Melissa always there to address any concerns I may have. And they have the best maintenance team who seem to be here to fix any issues in lighting speed. Would like to give a shout-out to Josh who always says hi to me and my family and even during the snow storm was clearing the streets so we could make it to work. Truly incredible staff and this place has remarkable views and trails for miles. The property is always clean I love calling Avalon Newcastle home and sure you will to.

I recently moved to Avalon Newcastle Commons. I had the pleasure to work with Tracy Diep. She worked closely with me and let me know as soon as something came available that was perfect for me and my husband. The community is beautiful and very well maintained. The homes have beautiful finishes. The location is awesome! The maintenance staff is also outstanding. I highly recommend the community.

I love living here. It's a nice community that is always clean. The staff is very friendly and ready to help with anything. The location is really convenient as well. I've been here for 6 months and am pretty happy so far!

My fiancé and I lived at Avalon Newcastle Commons for a couple years while we were dating until we recently purchased a house and relocated. The neighborhood was ideal for us and were sad to leave the community, but it was time for us to move on. The amenities are amazing and bummed we will miss out on using the spaces in the new phase. The maintenance team is always visible working around the community. You can tell everyone on the office and maintenance crews actually care.nnDuring our move-out I was a little concerned about what fees I might face due to old reviews posted here, but I was pleasantly surprised that does not seem to be the common trend. I did inquire with the office on a few of the reviews I saw which now seem to be lacking some detail. We were offered an inspection before we moved out to ask questions with the maintenance team, which we look advantage of. We had a puppy and anticipated there might be some potty-training damage that did not show to the naked eye (because we spot cleaned them) and a few chew spots from her we would be responsible for. To my surprise, the carpet replacement was prorated and we were not billed the entire replacement value. Still not a fee I want to pay, but much better than I expected since it was ultimately our responsibility for the puppy damage.nnAs a homeowner now I can say I do not miss having neighbors all around me because not everyone cares as much as some of us do, but all in all this is a great place to live.
