We have been living here almost a yearnnProsngood location.nSpiders are your roommates.nnConsnsuper slow on basic maintenance- the lights were off over few months.nUnexpected smells of weeds although it is smoke free building.nOnly one trash and recycles bins for almost 280 households.

Just moved in this weekend .. beside the parking spots being way to tight in the garage and some small issues with the apt that were fixed right away by Fabian one of the maintenance guys , I’m pretty pleased with my new home .nBig thank you to Lupe from the leasing office for trying to make my move as pleasant as can be .

The apartment management was probably the most chaotic one I’ve ever seen - high turnover and mediocre communication. The trash overflowed for two days every week without fail from there being too many units for the one dumpster. Our floor was literally lopsided which made it so rough to place furniture. My roommate’s drawer literally toppled onto her when she was putting laundry away. That said, giving it three stars because Kevin in maintenance makes this an okay place to live. He’s so energetic and fun and was sooo good to us! He even helped me swap out my shower head when he came to fix something else!

Can’t beat the price! Updated apartment close to everything. The leasing managers always around to answer questions. I definitely recommend renting here.

I have lived at the apartments for a few months now, living in a studio. I like it so far. I have had one maintenance issue thus far and it was resolved within a day with a call to me regarding the issue and letting me know things were fixed. The office staff is very friendly as well. They are patient with you. I have enjoyed my stay so far. The studio has a very nice washer and dryer, large bathroom and the room is spacious for being a studio. Grocery shopping literally across the parking lot is SOO convenient.
