I’ve called numerous times and no one is coming to come help me with the sewer gas smell coming from under my trailer. The place I rent from, Mills is requiring me to have one of your guys come and look to establish if it’s their issue or mine. It’s going to start making me super sick if not fixed and I was told someone would be here Monday, no call, no show. Then I called all day Tuesday, no answer, no call back. Then I called today and was told someone would call me back today on what happened. NO CALL. I’m super displeased and can’t go through someone else. So I guess this is how you treat customers tho?

I had to get a second opinion from another hvac tech for our furnace. I was told the motor for the fan needed to be replaced but all it was, was the capacitor. That's a difference between $50 and $200-400!!

They generally do a great job, car comes out clean and ahiny. My only advice is that they spend more time spraying the very front and lower trim since it is summer and their are bug guts all over the front. Vaccuums and wipe down towels are great.

I have read the reviews and I disagree with some of the perceptions. I called them out to repair my father's A/C and a nice gentleman answered and took my call. He said he would get the message to the tech that I needed service. He forgot. I called back and they said it would be a two days before they could get to me. They did show up in two days and did way more than I asked for to get the system working. Amazing difference and the price was below what I expected. They are honest. They are professional. They are specialist in understanding what should be done, if you do not do as they ask, don't expect the results I received for my father. Thank you Tim and team for being honest and diligent, we need more companies like you folks have built.
