Jim's Septic has now pumped out my Septic Tank twice. I recommend their service for sure. The gentleman on the truck strike me as very honest and professional guys.nnDebbie scheduled my service within 24 hours of my call.nnThey sell a small bucket of Bio-Clean which I now also recommend purchasing from them. They introduced me to the product several years ago. I mentioned to one of the servicemen that I can actually purchase the bucket for 10 bucks cheaper on Amazon. He reminded me, politely about supporting local business. He was absolutely right. I will continue to pick up a bucket with each service.nnVery appreciative.

Great Company that is managed with honesty and integrity. Communication can not be surpassed. We had one property that they could have serviced but were honest in saying that it did not need it. They do not try to sell or do any unnecessary work. Friendly Hard Working Staff. We highly recommend Jim's Septic Service.

I will use Jim's again. After a couple little communications miscues, we got the job scheduled and they did a great job. I was able to talk with the technicians during the pump so I gained extra knowledge about how to care for the system. Thanks, Debbie. Thanks, guys.

Service was done well but the service technician left the gate open to the backyard that he opened. When I let my dogs back out when he left, one dog escaped and went missing. Luckily I got him back HOURS later.nnUnfortunately the owner was not very concerned with the issue, and she disagreed with me when I told her the tech was negligent by not closing the gate on a property that he was working at. I asked her to make sure she remind her employees that they need to be responsible and make sure to close any gates they open on any property they work at.nnShe said she'd try to figure something out to help me but never returned my call. Also, they charge $19 to use a credit card, or even a DEBIT card which is same as cash, they don't pay a 3% credit card fee on debit, it’s just GREED they know they can SCAM people on. I'm certainly disappointed with the customer service. Pumping a 1000 gal + inspection report + digging + debit fee = $654nn** AVOID THIS COMPANY **
