They came at the last minute to save us from a weekend of not being able to use our bathroom! We didn't realize we needed to clean our septic tank, until it was too late. They were all very nice and helpful, and even said they will call to remind us in a few years to do it again! They came just a few hours after we called on a friday.
Chris and his crew are top notch. From permitting to installation on an effluent tank replacement, they handled everything and got our system working properly. These guys are extremely knowledgeable. They will be the only septic company that I call from now on.
Chase and his crew came out and handled getting the septic emptied quickly and were willing to answer all my questions great job!
I bought a external Black water tank from him I was told that it would be put underneath my trailer when I get home it’s not even close to being underneath my trailer and there’s nobody here I called him and he comes back the next day and tells me the only way to get it underneath the trailer would be for him to come back and dig a trench big enough to put the tank in underneath my trailer.I have been trying now for three weeks with text messages and phone calls to schedule an appointment to get that done. The last text I sent I told him I was going to look for somebody else, I was called and told don’t do that I had to look at one thing for a guy and he would get right back to me so that was five days ago. Not a happy experience at all
Highly recommend! Doesn't make stuff up to fix that doesn't need to be fixed! Honest, reliable, answers any questions you have, I can't say enough about this company. They are top notch!! Thank you so much!!
