Michael's Plumbing NW Inc

We are new to Grant Pass and when we called our family to ask who was the best plumber to call, they all said Michael's Plumbing. We called, and he came out pretty promptly around 6:00 PM. Our backflow preventer had a leak. My husband knew exactly what was wrong, but we didn't have the part to replace. We told him exactly what was wrong. He came out with a BROKEN part and my husband was the one who installed it after Michael was unable to get the part in himself. Michael charged us $140 and told us to call him if it leaks again. Next morning, it was leaking so we called Michael. He told us he would order the needed parts (over $300) and give us a call back. HE NEVER CALLED US BACK. After an entire day of calling and no returned calls, we decided to purchase the parts and repair ourselves. Thanks for wasting our time and money!

Michael always does a great job. He's a very busy guy so he does book up but if you can get him when he has an opening he'll do his best to fit you in. Reasonably priced and they know what they're doing.

Just had them put a new water heater in and they did a great job.

Michael came out within hours of being called, to replace the heating element in our water heater. He's courteous and a pleasure to meet. His work was completed neatly and in a very timely manner and was very reasonably priced. He also gave us advice on ways to improve our water quality and possible ways to replace our heater when it finally gives in.nWe highly recommend his skilled services. Thanks Michael!
