Even though they were busy, they made time the same day we called. The price was very reasonable. They were quick and great to work with! Would highly recommend.

I was given an estimate for 90 an hour. Final bill was for 95 an hour. The plumber who showed up came into the house for the repair with no mask knowing that elderly people live in the home. When I complained about it to the owner she told me that the elderly could have told the techs to wear a mask and that it is just what they do. They don’t wear a mask unless they are asked to by the tenant. Josephine county is in extreme risk for COVID right now. Every business is required to wear a mask and social distance. The attitude the owner had when I complained told me that they absolutely do not care about protecting the people in their homes who have been isolated. Absolutely no respect and had a horrible attitude and tried to blame it on them. Who does this? Disgusted

Terrible customer service and attitude. Charged me $95 for service call, said they'd give me an estimate, then never called back. When I called to question, they told me it was because I doubted their analysis. I chose to go elsewhere and suggest you do too.
