La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Grants Pass

This is our 'go to' place in Grants Pass, friendly staff, easy access and the puppies can come with us. Not too pricey and you get the added benefit of a rewards program. When there isn't a pandemic, you get a nice breakfast as well.

Stayed one night to celebrate my daughter's birthday and swim in the pool. The room was very nice and the pool was great. Was provided the most excellent customer service by a young man named Damian.

Love this place! Its amazingly well organized staff is really good at seeing to the needs of the guests. Rooms are clean, huge, and quite - for the most part - Seriously, A+ to house keeping. The work each of you do is impeccable.

The front desk lady kept talking over me, assuming I was going to smoke in the room. Then when I got frustrated she kept insisting to cancel the reservation. $200 CASH deposit for “locals” I tried to explain I was not a local and she cut me off. I asked for a print out of the hotel policies. She then stated that there was no way customers could read the hotel policies. The room wasn’t ready for us until a hour after my checkin process started. Would not recommend!

Easy reservations, extremely clean throughout the whole hotel, overall great experience. The staff was quite friendly and helpful. We stayed in the jacuzzi sweet which faces i5, with the windows open the road noise was so loud it was painful. The bed was fairly comfortable but very very VERY squeaky and noisy, every move on the bed is met with a symphony of squeaks and groans from the bed frame. Also the parking lot is very tight, not good for trailers. Good value and experience overall! Would recommend.
