A great place to lay our heads. My family and I were able to get this room for a very reasonable rate. The room amenities are always a nice touch.nTaylor at the front desk on a Sunday evening was especially helpful, courteous, and kind. She was accommodating to our coffee addicted needs and helped make our stay there even more pleasant. Thank you Taylor

Clean and comfortable... the staff was friendly and helpful... I had my 4 year old daughter with me and they fed her and made sure she was comfortable at 1230 at night when we checked in. One of the desk clerks took her hand and walked her upstairs then started the heater while I retrieved the luggage... she was the kind of employee BW can be proud of... we always stay there in Grants Pass... never had a bad experience

My experience with the hotel personnel was beyond anything I have experienced to date. Staff went out of their way to meet my personal situation. The rooms, grounds, common areas are top notch in terms of cleanliness. I will choose Best Western in the future for all my travelling needs.

Rented the king suite for a night. Price was not as much as I expected it to be. I was hoping to do laundry, but unfortunately their washer broke down 3 hours before I got there. The room could have been wiped down better. There was nasty crusty stuff in the cracks of the bathroom faucet. And seeing how people probably touch that, doorknobs, and the toilet handle the most in a room, you would think it would be cleaner than it was. Other than that, the stay was ok. Friendly and helpful staff, and convenient walk to shopping nearby.
