Surf Thru Express Car Wash

I really love Surf Thru. They provide excellent value with fancy car washes, goodies (air fresheners, dash wipes, coffee), and powerful vacuums. The employees are very polite and look like they work hard. My only complaint is that I pay $35/month for the Ultimate Extreme subscription, and I only get that wash-tier 25% of the time. I most often end up with the Express or Epic wash. I honestly might downgrade my subscription so I pay for what I get, or just cancel it and stop by for occasional washes. I really hope this can be fixed, because this company provides an amazing service.

Excellent car wash! Did a wonderful job and it was very quick. The vacuums work great and there are plenty so there is no wait. I will definitely be returning.

While vacuuming out my car after my wash an employee came to ask if the deep scratches on my back window of my expedition were there prior to the wash, they were not. Not only were there many new scratches but the back of my car was NOT clean. He said he would vouch for me since he saw me go in and agreed they were not there. Was also told I wasn’t the first person this happened too. Filled out a form and he took pictures and filed the claim. He was super great and helpful. Weeks later I had to call them to find out what’s going on and I’m told it was denied due to them not finding what caused the scratches. Super disappointed to find out it’s the owners who go through all claims and denied mine personally. I definitely won’t be letting this go. Would not recommend this car wash whatsoever.

I like that it was easy and quick, staff was nice and helpful but the wash job itself was pretty bad, lots of dirt left on my car. Honestly I could have done better hand washing it. I'll give it another try to see if it does better and if not I'll stick to my usual. This one is the way closer so I hope it is a better wash next time.

Terrible job. Dirt was left all over the car. It was a mess. I understand the “express” part but they rush you through the entire thing and Then you leave with a dirty car after spending 20 dollars. There are much better car washes in Redmond for less money. Don’t waste the money. May I suggest Wet Willys. Much better job and it’s cheaper.
