Kindred Plumbing and Heating did a fabulous job of installing my new furnace. In addition, they brought out heaters over the weekend while I was waiting for the install of the new furnace. They were very timely in getting my house warm again. Their response time was amazing. The two young gentlemen who installed my furnace were well trained, friendly and proved very informative once the furnace was installed. They even added an additional vent downstairs in order to keep the basement at a more efficient and effective temperature. They worked quickly and were very conscious about the interior of my house as they worked. The furnace was top of the line and economical as well. The control module is easy to understand and operate once the technicians explained all of the features. I am excited about being able to control my temperature remotely. I am more than satisfied with their service and would highly recommend them! Excellent job Kindred Plumbing and Heating.

We have always trusted the Kindred family with our plumbing needs. Chris was extremely professional and timely in making the repairs. I really appreciate that the work could be completed in the same day and that we were given an option on the new distribution pump. It is working very well and the installation is very professional and clean.

Bob was amazing with coming to the rescue and fixing our leak. As first time home owners, we were both clueless and panicked when our wall was leaking water. He came in, found the problem, explained the solution step by step, showed us everything along the way and even answered any other “stupid” questions we had. He responded very quickly to our after hours need, was polite, cleaned up his mess, and made sure we were completely satisfied! We are now customers for life, and will absolutely use them in the future for all our needs!
