911 Plumbing and Heating

Amazing people. They know their stuff. I really appreciate what they did for me during the great freeze this winter

I have never left a negative review on ANY business page, but the experience I had with 911 plumbing was terrible.nnFirst, they came to unhook the plumbing in the kitchen. We were supposed to give them a call back when we had the faucet that we wanted installed. I called when we had the faucet and he asked if I was available that next week for them to come over. I had to check with my husband to see if he would be able to get out of work to be home for them to come, so I told him I would call back after checking. I called back and spoke to the after hours gentleman and he said he would let the other guy know. Well, he didn’t....so my husband took part of the day off and no one showed. When we called they blamed it on me saying I never called back. We then jump to next solution and reschedule for later that week. Another day that needs to be taken off of work. They showed up. Without appropriate parts and let us know that they had double booked. So they had to go out and get the parts and we are Being charged for the hours they are shopping for the the parts. they left our house at 12:30 and didn’t return to our house until 3:00. They were gone from our house by 4:00. I’ve lived in great falls my entire life....I can easily hit upnMultiple stores on all sides of town in under 2.5 hours. We then received a bill for $750.nnSO unimpressed....I sure do hope the 2.5 hours they spent shopping on my dollar for the parts needed for the sink wasn’t also squeezing in that other appointment that they mention had been double booked.

In looking for a plumber for an emergency they were the first to come out. The service tech was polite and keen on explaining what he felt needed to be done. He came back on a check up call and made sure everything was working as we needed. Pricing was great considering it was the weekend.

I have had several dealings with this company. Since we live in the country it is hard to find someone to come out here. However, when every trip costs $500 just for transportation, you hope the tech comes prepared. That has not been our experience. One time they came out just to trouble shoot even though we told them what was wrong and sent them many pictures of the system. It became a pattern of one thing adding up to many things. Finally, we found through friends another company and they fixed something for $500.00 including transportation that we had already sunk $1500.00 in and still had no heat or hot water. I have no faith in 911 Plumbing and Heating.
