I had called because I am not a plumber and the down pipe from the bathroom sink drain needed the proper extension to the p trap. The sink , drain, and faucet were brand new. The technician installed the proper length of drain tube, but he cracked a wing nut without putting on a new one, so now the drain leaks.He tells me that now, the pipe is clogged...I asked him to snake it...he took it upon himself NOT TO, took my check for $195.00, and fled, leaving me no better than when he came..I was ripped off and believe me,,word of mouth is not going to be good.
Mark helped stopped a leaky hose bib or spigot at my place. He called told we when he’d be there, showed up on time and did a great job. Yes Benjamin Franklin initially gave me a time window, but they called ahead of time afterwords to confirm that Mark would be there around 9:00am. Highly recommend.
Water leakage into bedroom on Sunday. Chris responded immediately and fixed the problem fast, replacing leaked part of pipe. He was beyond knowledgeable—fast, great personality and explained everything so we could understand. Again, this was on a Sunday! And Felicia, who took our phone call, was professional and delightful helping me with my stressed call. Five stars and thank you Ben Franklin Plumbing!
Called on Saturday they said they would be out. Called again and they will be out. Called Sunday and the would call Monday. Waited for a call Monday, They didn’t call. I called roto rooter and the came out right away
