Don't use these guys very unprofessional. I called about replacing a hot water heater and we set up an appointment so I could show them what all i needed. The day before the schedule appointment they called and asked if they can schedule for a week later I said sure. The day before the rescheduled appointment they called again and said they couldn't make it and asked if they could reschedule again for the next day, ok. The next day comes and they never showed up or even a phone call. If they didn't want the job they could have just said no we don't want to do it they could at least have the professional courtesy to call.
I’m impressed with Midland Mechanical’s next day installation. My AC quit in july during an extreme heat wave! The tech informed me that it will need to be replaced since freon doesn’t exist anymore. They were able to replace it the same day, no waiting! Thanks again

Pete did a quick and Thorough Job. I told the dispatcher they needed 4WD. Pete brought up a 3/4 ton but said if he had brought the usual vans, altho 4WD, Probably wouldn't have made it. He's a well mannered, country Boy, that repairmen NEED to be!! Even got out of his truck to thank me for moving my truck so he could get down the Better side of Driveway! They NEED to make MORE like him
