Precision Plumbing seems to need a dictionary on the meaning of precision because of their careless and imprecise work. Their unprofessional ethic and robotic response is payment is due regardless of their botched work that created the problem to start with. This is a critique of the company not the specific plumber who tried to give me a price break. I still hope that there are ethical companies out there somewhere. Just NOT, unfortunately, with Imprecision Plumbing.

They were contracted to replace a section of sewer drain line last fall. Well, they destroyed part of my sprinkler system that was obviously in the work area with their mini excavator. They then attempted to hide that and sandbag on repairs. I eventually had to find a number for Patrick. He then had to come out to try his hand at repairs as the other guy kept coming up with excuses as to why he couldn't come back out. I'll be surprised if the system actually functions this spring.nnI would recommend customers stay FAR away from this unprofessional company as a $3500 job gets you horrible customer service. Oh yeah, on that bill... I guarantee it shouldn't have cost that much to fix 25 feet of sewer drain. This company will hose you and abscond with the money.

They were great...nice people hard workers...they proved to me they can fix anything...yea!!

They forgot about my appointment! Over a week ago I made an appointment to have them come out and replace a broken toilet flange. I actually took the whole day off to make sure there would be no problems getting this done. Great.....just great. Thank god another plumbing company had mercy on me and they will be out today. I'm just like everybody else. Just a guy trying to make it in this world and I am so tired of businesses with no integrity.

Bad service had to have then back 2 time to install units right. The unit that was put in was still not done right so the heater does not work and I am going to have to rip out a part of the wall so I can fix it. Over all, I am not satisfied with my service and I would not recommend this business to anyone!
