They never show up or answer the phone. Have tried several times over the years and they either never answer answer phone or don't even bother showing up. Best to use any one else if you're in need of plumbing work.

I have been in contact with this company on more than one occasion and every time they have neglected to respond to voice-mails. When you are able to get in touch with them they are extremely rude and have a very arrogant undertone, mainly Kathleen Regan. I am a very patient customer until I've had numerous poor experiences with a company. This last and final experience was a phone earlier this week simply asking to have our tenants heater turned on (boiler system) and were told they were not going to make it out that same day (completely understandable) but that they would try for the next day. It's now Friday and so I called to ask about what was going on and why I hadn't simply received a call stating that they wouldn't still be out. Meanwhile, our tenants are having to rely on space heat and high power bills. I don't mind waiting for a service. That's very understandable. I do, however, mind poor communication skills. I have heard other negative reviews regarding the same situations with this company and feel like everyone should be forewarned that they do not care about what services a customer needs. They care about whatever jobs will pull them in the most money. If you want to be spoken to rudely and lied about timelines then this is your company!

David Preller working for Reagan's came and he was very courteous and professional. Cleaned up any mess he made promptly. Fixed all our issues and found us answers for others. Highly recommend him.

What a joke... guy showed up pushed a reset button and left within 5 min.. $90 charge.. would never recomend
