It's ok. Most the time unless I am winning I don't get much for help. Good selection of games but not a very relaxing setting.

4 Stars, Mostly Clean and Maintained, Poor communication between Floor Attendants and Manager for employment purposes.. Good prices food while gambling and complementary drinks, alcoholic or not with reasonable selection, preferred by MY SELF over THE VIRTUAL ARCADE or Whatever downtown but DEFINITELY NOT AS COOL AS CLAW GAMES while entering the big stores in town, IF ONLY THERE WERE CUBICALS TO KEEP OUT FREEDOM SUCKING PEOPLE or PLACES TO KILL JOY OF LITERAL BUTTON PUSHING AND WHAT LITTLE JOY OF ADULT GAMING, WELL THERE NOT TOO AWFUL HERE AT EMERALDS!! Well to my surprise last nite the runner was great at smiling offering drinks she was not snutty like a few times I was there hopefully she keeps it up i had a fun time even thou i left broke lol

Well...I came into the casino with my text of a $5.00 match play. Set my phone down in front of the guy working..left it there. Clocked in..he walked away and grabbed the paper for me to sign . So..I picked my phone up..and deleted the text...cuz your supposed to. And after I did...he asks to see the text...knowing I just deleted it. Then says he can't give me my $5.00 match play. What he did was absolutely horrible. And humiliating. And upset me so bad. . I will never step foot in your establishment ever again. How rude and disrespectful. That guy should be fired.
