I was assigned Advanced Installations for my water heater under my home warranty. After 3 days I received a call that Mark was available to come take a look, he was at my home for less than an hour and determined the water heater needed to be replaced, said he would submit to the home warranty but we may not hear anything back due to the Memorial Day weekend. Understandable. I called him several times looking for an update because he said not to call the home warranty- to get status through him. He said one day he was too busy, another day he was at the vet for his dog, then just stopped answering. I called the home warranty who said he had not even submitted the paperwork yet. They attempted to reach out to him 4 times with no response and FINALLY created a new ticket on June 10 to assign someone else. Since there's no other contractors in the area, they allowed me to find my own, schedule a quote, and now I still can't get the water heater installed for another week. At the end of the day, it's going to be over 4 weeks with no hot water. Coincidentally the day I get a new plumber out, Mark calls me with another excuse saying he was out of town. What a joke.nnWOULD NOT RECOMMEND
