Hampton Inn & Suites Billings West I-90

Our stay was great. Checking in was smooth and easy. Staff were friendly and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again, next time I am in town

Nice room with a comfortable bed, the open areas were clean and limited noise. Good hot breakfast in the morning as well.

Front desk ladies are super nice! I would give a 10/10 for customer service overall. Friendly & very helpful! The room itself is spacious & very clean. They take a lot of precautions with covid-19! The manager, Victoria is the one who helped me check in. She’s awesome! If you are looking for a place in Billings, Montana I highly suggest Hampton Inn (Southgate)

Pros: Good location, staff, price, & free breakfast. Cons: They do not clean rooms with more than one night stay. Tight parking. Breakfast at 7am.

A decent stay, clean hotel following all covid protocols. Offered a scaled down version of breakfast, but good enough. I gave a 4 because the AC was pretty noisey and the toilet ran periodically throughout the night. I am a light sleeper so it kept me up for a while. My husband on the other hand slept through the entire thing. Stefan at the morning shift was very friendly and welcoming. I could not say the same for the employee who checked us in the night before. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.
