Amazing! Amazing service, great beds, clean rooms. Casino and bar was fun and had a good bartender. James was great!! He helped us out a lot and answered all the questions we had! He seriously deserves a raise! The reef is fun as well even for us adults! Thanks for a good night!

Front desk staff experience is the best part of the stay. Rooms are basic but updated. Bring a sleep mask! The hotel is lit up like a Christmas tree and the blackout shades aren't big enough to cover the entire window. It was odd they had COVID restrictions in place such as a very weak grab and go breakfast bag, but staff were NOT wearing masks or gloves. Seems the hotel is cherry picking restrictions based on convenience and financial benefit versus the safety of their staff and guests.

I messaged the hotel regarding staying there for my daughter's birthday, I asked if they still offered the 4free passes to the water park with your stay, the person messaged me back telling me they no longer offer that package and the water park will be closed until July 1st 2020 for upgrades. I then responded inquiring about what upgrades they are doing, the person read my messages and never responded.

The rooms are too bright for sleeping, as they have all the lights shining into the building, and curtains aren't large enough to cover the whole window.

Clean well-cared-for room, fun attached water park where people are being people instead of medical experiments. 8 year old had a great time. Very helpful and friendly and responsive staff. We enjoyed our stay.
