The walking trail from exhibit to exhibit is well maintained and easy to walk. The layout is an enjoyable hour walk to view all the animals. Indoor exhibits are great too. Love the addition of Winston the Sloth.

This place is just awesome to visit and they are improving it all the time. It's a great place to take kids and relaxing to walk around. I love there are educational signs all over as well.

ud83eudda5We met Winston! What an awesome animal! The Kookaburra bird is gorgeous and loves the attention. He was a total show off and that was so cute!!! A volunteer filled us in on many interesting facts and so I recommend taking advantage if one is available to share their knowledge. ud83cudf1fI am shining my white light on the lynx habitat and we hope they extend their boundary so the pacing felines are able to run a little and stretch their long powerful legs. A must see if in the Billings area and worth the drive if you aren’t. Plan to spend a few hours exploring the scenery.nnI can’t wait to meet Winston the sloth!! I appreciated reading that ZooMontana has taken in rescue animals and even the occasional unwanted exotic pet.

Great family outing. Winston is cool AF! Same with the Siberian Tiger, and the Kookaburra bird rally puts on a show if you hang out with him for a minute. Make sure to ask the volunteers any questions, they love to share their knowledge.

Animals don't seem too neurotic. Healthy and happy and adjusted to screaming kids. Hope next time the red pandas aren't 30m away in a space I can barely see them.
