Brown Plumbing was the best! Everyone was professional, friendly and did great work. Josh went above and beyond and the job came in at a better than expected price! We are very pleased and grateful to have an abundance of hot water for years to come. Thank you!

Pro's: quick, timely and professional repair, price was not outrageous, very thorough, very friendly. Pretty much everything was awesome! The only thing that wasn't that great was the scheduling. My sewer pipe had minor leaks at first and then it got real bad. I called to see if I could get it scheduled right away and the soonest they had was about 2 weeks out. But that just means they're super busy, which in turn means they are awesome!

On Saturday, 2/13, got home and found there was no hot water in the kitchen. Checked the other faucets and no hot water. Called about 4 other plumbing companies, then called Brown's. Talked to a gentleman named Steve. I told him what I had come home to. He suggested letting all the faucets drip, and open all the cupboards around the sinks. I went to the hardware store to get a space heater. When I got back, at least water was running from the hot water faucets. Left the faucets on all night and the doors open. Sunday morning, had hot water! Steve sent a technician out on Saturday afternoon. He couldn't find anything wrong. All the other plumbers were booked into the following week. Steve called Monday morning and said a plumber was on his way. He arrived about 10:30. Checked everything and didn't find anything wrong. He answered all my questions and said to run the faucets at night and leave the doors open, until it finally warms up. Steve, the technician, and the plumber were all very kind, helpful, honest and respectful. I highly recommend Brown's Plumbing and will use them again should I ever need a plumber again. Thank you, guys!!!!!
