Hardin KOA Journey

Incredible place to stay. Reservations easy to make. Restrooms and showers were always clean. Campground was very clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Coffee was always fresh. Clusters Battlefield is a short drive away. Billings is a short drive to the West. To the East is Pompeys Pillar, a stopping point for Lewis and Clark. The most under looked attraction in Billings is a memorial to Luther Kelly otherwise known as Yellow Stone Kelly located a few miles from the airport.nnWhen planning trips this is another campground I would consider spending a week at due to close attractions and amenities of the camp ground.

Nice quiet campground. Not as fancy as a KOA Holiday, but very pleasant. Clean bathrooms with showers for tent campers. Decent store at the office. Tent sites with electric and covering with picnic tables. Nice large mature trees.

Very nice spot! The couple in charge of the campground was extremely pleasant to deal with. Clean cabin and clean facilities! Would stay again.

Do not waste your time or money here. Stay somewhere else there are other campgrounds within a few miles. We planned to stay one night but left after a few hours and moved down the street to another campground that was great. Soon after we hooked up the main breaker that feed both our site and the neighbors kicked. We went to tell the owners and the man started flipping out that it was our fault it kicked and told us we should just leave. We have never had a bad experience at a KOA until then. We took his advice and got out of there.

Very middle of the road, the location is good and quiet and the staff is friendly but there's no internet or TV, the grass is overgrown, the sites are the closest I've ever seen (though this site is usually dead so it's not completely awful), and the nearby town is a dump filled with abandoned buildings, very poor Natives, and Billy Bob White Trash galore.
