I have been dealing with Jacobs lumber for a few years now. The customer service is second to none. They are easy to work with and take care of your needs as well as answer your questions.

I've been in the construction industry for near 30 years and I can tell you Jacob's commitment to customer service is second to none. I can buy building materials anyplace, what I get from Jacob's is customer service, something most lumberyards, and suppliers in general, never figure out. Jacob's people are friendly and helpful from the minute you walk in the door. When the inevitable minor problem crops up, especially on larger projects, it's never a problem. Jacob's takes care of it immediately and in stride. In today's business climate they are a rarity and I'd bet money the other lumberyard in town hates them. From the customer stand point Jacob's Lumber can't be beat!
