Nez Perce, one of the least known National Historic parks around, has a very rich culture tied to it and the land itself. It is a large string of historical sites scattered throughout the roads surrounding the park itself, which is quite large. The visitor center is a bit small, but there is a lot in there including some videos. The park rangers in here are awesome though, very knowledgable and love to chat about not only this park, but others as well.

Great museum and walking trail! Definitely stop and see the 25 minute movie and more.

Beautiful park, the museum is small but has excellent displays of Nez Perce artifacts and beadwork. The video contains archival footage of elders and contemporary tribal members talking about the history and heritage of the people.

Wow!!! Hwy 95 South coming from Moscow is terrifying and breathtaking at the same time. There are several areas to safely stop and observe incredibly powerful and breathtaking beauty. God is absolutely amazing!

So well done! The museum is great, we caught the “ranger talk” and she taught my kids to play the stick game. Don’t miss the movie!
