*This really ought to get 6 stars*nI make some impulsive and silly purchase sometimes late at night, but this WAS NOT one of those instances!nMy goodness - and speaking as a non-science specialist here - these Periodic Tables are simply breath-taking. I ought to add that I took the plunge with the larger (and more pricey!) option, so can't speak for the whole range, but I literally do not think I've ever bought something this original, one-off and well-executed in design.nI am an English teacher (in England!) and so this seems an odd choice to have in the house or order from all the way across the Atlantic but, having a young daughter, I am also very conscious of NOT imposing my strictly literary tastes on her academic interests as a youngster.nNow that this absolute gem is in the house, I'm honestly considering swatting-up on the sciences myself, with the view to being a bit more well-rounded in my own subject-knowledge.nAnd what an inspiring resource hanging up on the wall to help me do it!nBravo gentleman!nVideo of my daughter opening it Xmas morning to follow no doubt! :)
I’m blown away. I got the collector’s edition and I have to say it has exceeded my expectations. I hit it with a black light and the uranium glows. Very cool!!
Ordered one of the periodic tables. It's alright, but just be aware before you order that they are handmade so won't be perfect. Mine had an extra element that looks to have floated up during the casting and is weirdly positioned between two other elements. The edges of the periodic table are also not straight and the corners are not square so the periodic table wobbles when you touch it. I did get in touch with them about this and apparently these are considered normal variations. Good product but probably wouldn't get another one
Great product! The Heritage Periodic Table of Elements display is an awesome product. I love it and would recommend it to anyone seeking a high quality periodic table
