This was a neat little experience, though tricky to get to on the rough terrain and my not-so-tough little hatchback. Worth the trip, though. 90 degrees outside and still ice in the caves; bring a jacket or sweatshirt with you! Flashlights are needed as you move away from the entrance (or a good light on your phone), as it will become pitch black.

Neat cave probably 1/2 mile long. Lots of graffiti near the entrance but it dies out the deeper you go. Bring warm clothes and plenty of lights!

Definitely a cool place to go! You'll definitely need jackets and good lights because it is really cold down there and gets extremely dark. But it's a really cool thing to explore!

Lots of tagging. But otherwise a fun place to visit and learn some history and enjoy some off roading trails.

Went out there on April 10, said area was closed until May 1. Think it's closed January to May.
