Disaster Restoration

Our experience with Disaster Restoration could not have been better. All their techs were very professional and cordial. Communications could not have been better with an early morning call each day they worked telling us when they would arrive. They took care of every detail even coordinating with the other subs that were required to complete our project. Don’t hesitate to call on them should you find yourself in need of their services.

We had quite a bit of mold remediation needing done in our attic and this company did an excellent job! They were quick, reliable, and got the job done well. We were always in the know with the manager, Brittany! I can’t say enough about how much they care about their customers. They really helped us out. We just bought our first house and we know who we will call in the future if we ever need disaster services again. Thank you guys so much!

I wasn't sure what to do when I found mold and my neighbor recommended I call Disaster Restoration, I'm so thankful I did. They were closer than anyone else and very prompt. I'm in Island Park and was so glad I didn't have to call an outfit out of Idaho Falls and get charged their drive time and whatever else they seem to think they should charge. Disaster Restoration is the closest to us here in Island Park and I'm so glad they're there! If you need help with anything, call these guys! Remember to look for the white rigs with the flames! They kick butt!

What a wonderful company!!!! I had water damage and it took my insurance company 2 months to approve the work to be done. Brittany called me and they started to work on the floor a day after it was approved.
