Super close to the West entrance. Parking was spacious and check in/out was incredibly easy. We arrived around midnight and the front desk was closed, however, there was a sign on the door to call a nearby hotel for check in. Within less than a minute someone came, greeted us and gave us our room keys. We didn’t encounter much staff while we were there since we were coming and going at random times. However, the staff we did encounter, was extremely polite and friendly. The room had a cute little cabin theme to match the surrounding environment. We will definitely be staying here again when we return in the Spring.

I needed to make some changes to my reservation at the last moment over the phone. Andon helped and even suggested some upgrades which were the same price. He was able to fix my issues effortlessly. Upon arrival I had the privilege being greeted by Andon, and I'm glad I was. He is amazing and full a energy that represents the beauty of the area. Even taking the time to recommend spots to check out. Thanks Andon!

The staff was nice and helpful, however rooms are small and you can hear everything. If you expect good breakfast be prepared for dry bread, everything else is already gone at 8am. So since we paid $170 per night we expect something diffrent. Also the bed sheet had holes.

This place was great! We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights and they were very accommodating to us. We will most definitely stay here again and I cant wait because that means we are coming back to Yellowstone as we are from SW MN.

Average, but clean and acceptable. Indoor pool was enjoyed by several. Front desk closes at 11pm till 7am so keep that in mind if arriving late for check in.
