WorldMark West Yellowstone

Pros: The complex is well cared for, and our condo is spacious and comfortable. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Kitchen very well stocked, clean and organized. Cons: We were disappointed that the hot tub was being renovated. No free WiFi. Our condo smelled smoky at arrival but the desk gave us spray which did the trick. Overall, a good value.

This was an AMAZING hotel. I loved staying here while we visited Yellowstone. We stayed in one of the two-bedroom suites and I thoroughly enjoyed it. It was honestly comfortable and homey. The swimming pool was comfortable and at a perfect temperature. The kitchen, refrigerator and microwave included, were enjoyable. I liked the bowls as well. However, one complaint.nnWhile I was sleeping on the fold-out bed, I dimmed the lights. Naturally, I was reading a book and didn’t want full brightness. That was bad decision, since a few seconds later, I was in a blackout. Definitely not okay. I had to stumble over several things to reach the light. That happened a couple of times during my stay. Please make sure the lightbulbs are actually certifiable to dimmable.

Great place to stay. We were there in late November for Thanksgiving and most of the town was shut down for winter, but, it's only a beautiful hour drive to Big Sky and if you go during the spring or summer you are right at the entrance to Yellowstone. Amazing view to watch the sunrise

It was ok, room was not ready for us. We did clean inside doors from finger prints and washed dishes before we used it. We had a nice view from room.

Had a wonderful Christmas vacation here. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was large and clean. The game room and lobby by the fireplace are very nice. The location is wonderful. A minor suggestion would be to have more supplies provided when you have a week trip booked, rather than having to ask for more TP 3 times. The downside of our stay was the fire alarm going off repeatedly and we were tremendously disappointed that the pool was not open and there is no compensation.
