My husband and I had a great experience working with William! He is very friendly and easy to work with. As first time home buyers, he walked us through it all. He helped us narrow down what was important in a home for us and went to see multiple homes with us. When we found one we loved, William helped us navigate through all the negotiations and paperwork. We highly recommend working with William!

I have worked with William on two of my home sales/purchases. He truly is so knowledgeable about the entire process from beginning to end which made our home selling/buying very easy. He really listens to what your family needs/wants are, works patiently with you, gives great non biased decision making input, very professional, and works very efficiently and effectively. I honestly cant think of something negative to say. Ultimately, he has gotten my family and I in our dream home and we are so grateful for his work.

I met William back on August 2019. When I decided to sell my condo I contacted him and we started gathering all information & documents to be ready to put the condo on the market. It was on the market for two days when we got the best offer and it was sold at the beginning of December 2019. At the same time, he was helping me to find a house, we found a townhome and we were able to move in at the end of December 2019. Later on, we decided to sell the town home to buy a house. Again, we met to start gathering the documents to start the selling process and to find a house. The condo took only two days on the market when we got the best offer. At he same he helped me to find the house we were looking for. Brand new house, fair price and all documents ready for the purchase. My family is so happy with the house including my dog pet!! Willian works always in behalf of client needs/wants. He is very efficient, flexible, clear communication in the language you prefer like Spanish/English or Portuguese. He is the best! I'm very please with his services. I highly recommend William Stelzer to be your Realtor Agent.
