We enjoyed our trip. It wasn't too crowded, so we enjoyed being able to spend more time at each exhibit and not worry add much about getting in the way.nThere are multiple view points for animals. You can bring in food and there are picnic tables and benches around. The bathrooms were clean.nThere aren't very many completely indoor areas. It was pretty chilly when we came. Check the weather beforehand and come prepared.

All the workers took safety seriously. It wasn't difficult to stay distanced.

My family loves the zoo! This zoo is smaller but the perfect size. A lot of people can do the zoo in a few hours but we can spend the whole day here. Most every animal is located conveniently. They have improved so many of the habits over the last 30 years that it is such a different zoo from when I was a kid. My family loves the different decorations for each season. The zoo pass/season pass is very reasonable. We love to visit zoos when we travel but this zoo is still so much fun to come too.

The hogle zoo is such an awesome place. Very clean, organized, lots of accommodations for elderly, children, and handicap. They are a little expensive if you have a large family. But it's worth going at least once a year I promise you won't be disappointed. I would definitely recommend purchasing a pass. However if you can't afford to do that, make sure to bring water and food/ snacks. The animals are very well taken care of. The staff absolutely love them and are so knowledgeable about them.

Fantastic zoo right in the heart of Salt Lake City. Loads of animals to see, and it all seems like it has a good flow to it. There are social distancing measures in place but they don't detract from the experience. Because of Covid, they limit the amount of guests per hour, which in turn, made the experience that much better! No lines to see animals, no big crowds or groups, really nice. I'll definitely be back!
