Very unprofessional. If you appreciate getting sworn at, or told your workers don't do their job right when Mastersons are in the wrong, because he is an engineer and can never be wrong, this is the company for you.
The first time we called them back in March they came to install our clean out. We have had problems ever since. We talked to a few other plumbers that told us the clean out was not installed correctly. So we called back to have him come fix it. We still planned on paying him again. It is like they fell off the face of the earth. We cannot get a hold of anyone on the phone and no one is returning the messages we have left. We will have to go a different direction with the repairs of our sewer. It may be an error in communication. But usually when you leave a message you should probably return it even if you are unable to take the job.
