Excellent car wash. If you get the everything wash for 20.00$ your car will look like new! It really helps your clear coat and the wax etc makes it shine! My car is 6 years old and does not look it at all.
Terrible experience. My vehicle still had dirt/grime/ bugs on the mirrors, bumpers, and along the doors. When confronting management about the problem, I was told that using a towel would help and that nothing more could be done. Also, the vacuums are very poor in suction quality. I highly recommend going to the car washes in London, KY (approximately 10 or so miles North of Corbin); I have never had a problem with quality from either of their washes or vacuums-- they always scrub the vehicles thoroughly before washing and address any quality issues fairly.
They have good monthly car wash packages at a decent price! But today I washed my car and the hood didn't come clean, so I let them know so they could run it back threw but they wouldn't do it.. I'm very disappointed!
Truck was still dirty after wash. I had to wipe the entire thing down with the provided rags to get clean appearance
I was in your Corbin Ky car wash at approx 9:05 am on Sunday the 6th. I was car number 880, I paid for the wax and wheels deal. While sitting in line your carwash broke down twice and as I sat there and read the sign of all the things you are not responsible for I was thinking maybe I should pass on this wash. But there was no way out at that point. So I continued in as instructed by the attendant, while inside the carwash it shutdown twice more. My car incurred damage to the bottom of the passenger-side mirror housing and the light it holds inside there. I believe if your carwash had not stopped while I was inside it would not have caused this damage. Is there any way to have your company cover the cost of the repair or part. Also, is there any way to allow someone to change their mind on the carwash at the point of entry into the inside of the carwash? thank you.
