Rainbow Casino & Hotel

I've had both good and bad experiences here. The casino is pretty big and has lots of games. It's got a fun vibe usually.nnOne bad experience I had was I noticed a problem with the way a button was labeled on a machine and the amount it bet when playing it. I told the staff because I was pushing the button without realizing the change that the wrong label button was costing me.nnI wasn't asking for money back. Or to get to play for free or anything. I was just trying to tell them that the button was incorrect.nnThe guy gave me a bunch of attitude and kept trying to show me that it was right. I eventually had to just put in my own money and spin to show him.nnSo I put in .50 and showed him I was not wrong. The lady that was with him gave me a quarter and walked off.

Room was great but getting a drink while gambling is close to impossible. 2 hrs and got 1 drink offer. I have no issues at red garter or golden nugget but night #2 here 2 drinks the entire stay we have been not cool losing my money and have to go buy my drinks too since no cocktail waitress anywhere joke.

I’ve won a few jackpots here and have enjoyed my time there. The only thing I would change is maybe some of the front desk clerks or what ever they are called. They were snotty and acted like they are being put out if you ask a question. I’m sorry if you don’t like your job and if that’s the case find another job or just stay home so you don’t ruin my experience during the stay... but the casino in generally is awesome and wouldn’t change a thing!!

Very empty, only a few gaming tables open. Restaurants need a reservation even though they were pretty much empty. Staff and employees are great and service was wonderful and attentive. Staff let us do a reservation for 5 minutes after we walked up, because we were unaware of the reservation mandate.

Would have loved to see Shark Week, or Underdog, or something as new as those there.
