Don't go during Covid.. It's not worth it..

Literally had so much fun here with my friends! I would highly recommend that you go. I play roulette mostly and the tables were a blast! Our hotel room was inexpensive, the one issue was that the hot water wasn’t working so the 4 of us couldn’t shower the next morning. I’m not super picky though.

0 stars. Couldn't even stay the night it's so bad. Our first luxury suite the hot water didn't work, front desk sends maintenance instead of switching rooms. Maintenance says he can't fix it we need to switch rooms. Get to the new luxury sweet only to find out it doesn't have television. So back to the front desk, they don't have any suites with working tub and television available so we had to choose one. The poor customer service ended up wearing on my wife to the point of tears. We ended up driving home at midnight. 0 stars, don't waste your time and money like we did.

This place has so much potential to be the crown of the town. I would really like to see this property become what is should/could be. However, the building is aging and does not appear to be kept up as it should be.nThe casino has a lot to offer and is a pleasure to be in. The restaurants have good food, but very slow service. The hotel needs a serious face lift and be updated.nA few of the items are; hall carpets are not vacuumed regularly, the wall paper is pealing off several walls (rooms and halls), the faucets (sink and shower) are old and worn, the drapes need to be replaced. Full sized pillows would be a plus.nOur room had a hole cut in the floor drain of the shower and was not smoothed off, thus leaving a danger to anyone that stepped on itnNew mattresses would be nice.nI really would like to give a better rating.

The staff is amazing, good food. But, the room was super cold the heater didn’t work and cold air was coming through the big window. Not updated, but it’s okay if your there for just for gambling and not staying the night.The room was not worth the price!
