Honest, fair and reliable---they act like they care and are good at what they do. Been in business in LA for many many years as well. Wouldn't call anyone else and recommend highly.

Amber the office manager said “I’m not sending a tech to your house because of your frame of mind and as a mother you should go to Walmart and buy space heaters” Wow! Too bad a negative star isn’t possible. They sent an apprentice to fix our heater. Soon we noticed it was blowing cold air. Told us someone would come out that night then called back and told they didn’t have the part and would be in first thing in the morning. Mind you this December in Gardnerville with temperatures in the 20s even colder at night. Called the office due to no show in the a.m. I’ll admit I was not the nicest to the woman on the other line...very cold and frustrated at this point. When I told Amber (ofc mgr) there was a child in the house and we were freezing. Her response “I’m not sending a tech to you house because of your frame of mind and as a mother you should go to Walmart and buy some space heaters”. Wow, just wow...won’t be using this company anymore and would not recommend anyone else use them either.

I had my wall furnace serviced & a garbage disposal with an electrical outlet installed, It all got done perfectly.

Crooks!!!! I contacted this company off of an advertising magnet I received from Douglas County, I can't believe the county is referring this company. I have never in my life dealt with such an underhanded front for robbery in my life. I would never recommend this company, they do not hold true to their word, screw over the people they do business with, and are by far the rudest least educated people. I could only describe them as 2 bit thugs disguised as a business. Every person I've contacted in this office as acted as if they are right out of bad mob movie. I'm astonished they maintain their licensing.
