The owner, Richard, is incredibly helpful and pleasant to work with. He has really helped accelerate all the work I have been doing to my new house. The ability to track water usage in real time and to track on a per hour basis has really helped in tracking down all the leaks I have encountered in my remodel. Thanks for the awesome service!

It's nice to deal with a local family run office! They really take pride in their work and take good care of you! The technician was very friendly and professional. She explained the process and what she found as well as answering all my questions. I would definitely recommend them for any water leak issues you may have!

I’ve recently have been struggling with low water pressure in my upstairs bathroom ever since a repair by the city was done on a main water line break. I live in a condo who’s HOA uses American Leak Detection to help detect plumbing issues early on. Let me just say Richard from “ALD” has given such amazing communication, superb customer service and what I would consider “emotional support” throughout the whole process of making sure I was taking the proper steps in order to have an issue resolved that was not caused by something I did. He listened to my complaints, concerns and offered his expertise on the many questions I had. Response time was 100%, communication was 100% and willingness to go above and beyond for a customer was 100%. My issue was resolved in full. I appreciate the professionalism and family like kindness Richard and his company American Leak detection provided to me.

As a water damage contractor in the area, we understand the importance of having a service provider who can identify and fix the source of the damage we repair. Richard is extremely knowledgeable and does repair plumbing leaks as well as ground water issues.
