I’ve recently have been struggling with low water pressure in my upstairs bathroom ever since a repair by the city was done on a main water line break. I live in a condo who’s HOA uses American Leak Detection to help detect plumbing issues early on. Let me just say Richard from “ALD” has given such amazing communication, superb customer service and what I would consider “emotional support” throughout the whole process of making sure I was taking the proper steps in order to have an issue resolved that was not caused by something I did. He listened to my complaints, concerns and offered his expertise on the many questions I had.
