Had to rinse my clothes three times in three different machines due to the washing machine not properly rinsing during the wash cycle. I also had to dry my clothes way longer than expected. For .25 for only 4 minutes.nNO MASK policy enforced, so no one wears one.. extremely odd clientele and a homeless hangout. Spent a total of $30 for only two loads of laundry.Try anywhere else.
I feel like all the laundry mats here in tahoe are all the same but I go here out of all of them
The only reason it's getting 3 stars is because a couple of the machines were having some mechanical failures and the quarter machine was out 2 days in a row. This places needs to switch to the cards if it can't maintain coins for customers. This place is better then the other laundromats in town, does get busy sometimes.
Clean, friendly people, good lighting, nice and warm good parking.
Probably best laundromat I've been to in town. Most machines in working order. WIFI (although not 100% reliable). Sink/laundry tub. But be aware this place attracts more interesting clientele compared to other laundromats.
