This IS the best value in Elko! The room was $60 and some change and I cant say enough about them!nRoom was clean and modern. There was a tub, which is ALWAYS a plus. Hotel was quiet and well stocked. (See photos)nBut the number one thing about Quality Inn and Suites was the above and beyond Customer Service. The young lady was polite, thoughtful enough to put my Pooch close to the dog park out back amongst other things.
Room was pretty nice for the price, felt and looked clean. The best thing about this hotel was the staff! (And the dogs!) My brother and I showed up somewhat late (around midnight) and the woman at the front desk was cheerful, welcoming, wonderful. She loved my puppy and told us how to get to the fenced in doggy yard out back. She brought her 2 sweet beagles and a pitty that she was dog sitting out to play with my puppy which was amazing since she had so much energy to get out after our long day driving. Would definitely recommend to folks traveling with pets. Affordable. Great service.
It's the best hotel we have ever stayed at and they have the kindest staff who made us feel at home! Highly recommend!
It was a nice place and nice people. But.... we chose that one because it said there was bus parking. My husband and I came to town with a truck and a 40 ft trailer. There is NOWHERE to park anything bigger than a 15 passenger van let alone a bus. We told to park across the street on the shoulder. There was no way we were going to park $100,000 on the side of the road in the snow and ice. We would have cancelled our room but it was nonrefundable. Thankfully there was a field next to the hotel that we parked in. Make sure you call hotels to make sure the parking is what you need.
Sign says “No Shoes No Shirt No MASK no Service. I see no one with a mask. No one behind the desk, no support staff, no one. no other customers either. Not a great impression. Not comfortable. Will not stay here again.
