Clean rooms, kind and accommodating staff. The restaurant is beyond reasonably priced and the food is so good. I also loved that the free morning breakfast was an actual sit down experience at the restaurant that included bacon, eggs, hash browns and coffee. They had other options also, that's just what I chose. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for being so welcoming.
Stayed at this location overnight after a long road trip due to the Hampton having no vacancies . The hotel is dated. A Real Blast from the Past!nRoom was clean but had an off putting odor of cigarettes and dirty carpeting. The odor reminded me of a Nursing Home....maybe from the cleaning supplies.nSet up of the King Suite was nice! Mini fridge had no freezer compartment.nnOverall, I enjoyed the space that the King Suite offered. Before checking out we hung out at casino where I won a little bit of money.nNice experience passing thru Elko.nThanks for the memories!
Nice older hotel with clean, large rooms. Staff was very friendly and the room included a full sit-down breakfast at the coffee shop. It was quiet, too. I would definitely stay here again.
We stayed here once when our Lincoln Navigator broke down on a long drive across Nevada, and we could find no other vacancies in town. The room was in really bad shape with just about everything wrong and the kids still remember this experience, but it was a place to spend the night at least. Since then the hotel has reflagged and I really hope they have remodeled. Fortunately many new hotels have been built in Elko since then, which has kept the rates very low here and overall across the city, making Elko a great stopping point for Interstate 80 travelers.
When I tell you I am very picky about dinner food, I am very picky about dinner food. Ramada delivered amazingly with filling and tasty food and it was amazing. For a californian, dinners are something I fear. Ramada has a humble atmosphere and the staff are very kind and quick to accommodate to your needs. Would highly recommend for travelers!
