So it pains me to write this review because Emily rose is an amazing stylist but when I went there on 09/16/2020 I made an appointment to get my balayage redone because it was so grown out due to Covid . I asked them to put me with someone who had experience with balayage and that I trusted them because i had services done there before with Emily and had seen the other stylists work and I trusted their judgement WRONG they placed me with a stylist right out of hair school she was sweet and tried her best but she ruined my natural hair and turned me copper and platinum when I explained that I wasn’t happy with my hair the owner Whitney chuckled and said that I wanted blonde and that’s what she gave me.Not once did she apologize. She placed the blame on me since my hair is naturally dark.I have never been so embarrassed to walk out of a salon lucky they toned it some but the damage was already done. After this experience I will not be going back to salon envy and will no longer recommend them to anyone. Worst salonnExperience to date.

A great place to go to. The whole salon is very nicely decorated to give a comfortable, but stylish feel.nnThe stylists are amazing. I went in very upset because a hair cut 2 days before didn't turn out well, from another place, not from here. Both ladies were very friendly and comforting, and worked together to make it better for me. They were friendly, honest, and professional. They gave the best suggestions, and by the time I left, I loved what they had done to fix my hair. This will be my go to place from now on.

Whitney has mastered the craft! She is extremely talented and she is fast! There is a reason that she continues to be voted Tri Counties Best of the Best year after year. All of the staff are trained in the latest and greatest trends. The prices are very fair and everyone is super sweet.
