At least twice if not three times now this car wash has overcharged me by $2!! I paid for the $10 car wash and was charged $12. It may only be two dollars, but it makes me very mad. There’s no one to contact about it either. ud83dude21 I will NOT be using this car wash again!!
I forgot to bring cash (which I normally do) and I used my debit card and was charged 10 dollars for 4 mins.... Last time I forgot cash and used my debit card the same thing happened (thought it was an error the first time and didn't feel to contact them over a few bucks). I have been going here for 10 years and I think unfortunately it will be the last.
Came on a Saturday. There was only one unit open with a long line waiting. I payed for the middle option. After going through, there was a large dirt line across my vehicle that was missed on both sides. Also, the polish left white streaks everywhere (note: it was very cold). I ended up having to hand wash afterwards. When I got my credit card statement, I was charged for the highest option. What?! I will not be coming back here :(
