5 out of 5 star experience for me. I’m a Senior lady on a budget, and their prices were so affordable, with such professional and courteous service. I definitely recommend their company and plan on using their services again.

Two years ago, I asked M&M for a quote on a mini-split. I got quotes from three people and chose the one that offered the quickest response time at the best price. Recently, I decided to upgrade the AC to a mini split with a heat pump. I contacted M&M and asked if they could do the work. The man I spoke to said they were really busy and would respond in a week. He said, I think we gave you an estimate on that installation earlier. Two days later, a man called to ask if he could come by and see the project. He spent an hour discussing the project and brought me an estimate the following day. I agreed to the price and he said he would be back the next day with an electrician to make sure the wiring was right. I never heard from him again. Tuesday, I called the office and spoke to the owner. I said perhaps I had misunderstood but had expected a visit on Friday. The owner said that was his understanding, too, and he would have his rep call me. Nothing. Not a peep from either of them in over a week. The only reason I can think of is that they were upset because I had not hired them previously. Whether that is the reason or not, this is unethical and unprofessional behavior. Why bring somebody a detailed estimate, on the company's official form, with a business card attached, if you intend to ignore the person? Doesn't make sense from a personal or business standpoint. It's rude, unprofessional and likely to prevent me, my friends and family from using their business in the future. Too bad.

Wow! M&M Mechanical is Amazing! They installed our York Refrigerated Air System & inspected air ducts perfectly. They are available for services and upkeeping after the sale. This family owned and operated business is very professional, honest, reliable and have reasonable prices. I recommend this company to everyone!

Very professional and was very thorough in explaining the unit and control to me. I have used them before for repair work on my current furnace so was ready to have them install the new unit into an addition I added to my house. I highly recommend them to anyone needing any type of service with heating and cooling.

Cody, did an excellent job with getting the AC back up and running. Analyzed the problem and it’s running perfectly. Best response time of the 4 contractors. It has been in the upper 90’s, response time was of the utmost for us. Highly recommend this company, very reasonable pricing. Thanks Cody, pleasure doing business with you!
