Super 8 by Wyndham Ruidoso

In January we stayed for a night at this hotel and it was bad! There was no hot water at all we weren’t the only ones that complained about not having hot water so they promised us a refund and guess what? We are still waiting for that refund everytime I call manager is never in, what a coincidence...this hotel is a rip off big time! and not only that supposedly they offer breakfast well cereal is just their breakfast unbelievable ‼ufe0f‼ufe0f

THIS MOTEL WAS THE WORST PLACE EVER! THE FRONT DESK MANAGER AMD DAUGHTER ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL WHAT SO EVER! THE ROOM HAD NO SOAP NO WASH CLOTHES AND IT WAS SUPER DUSTY/ DIRTY! IF I COULD RATE IT 0* I WOULD! ITS NOT WORTH 10$ A NIGHT! SUPER OUTDATED & INSTEAD OF A 50$ INCIDENTAL FEE THEY CHARGED 64$ SO YALL WATCH OUT! LOOK UP A AIR B&B OR STAY AT ELAGANTE OR CABIN!

Worst experience ever. The pictures they show on line about the rooms are not even close to what they really look like. Rooms super dirty. You can hear everything that happens in the hallway. Customer service very inexperienced, none of the staff was wearing masks at check-in time. We heard other customers complaining when we were going out side. The picnic are was horrible, old grill, old chairs, not a good picture for tourists. Not coming back.
