Hotel Ruidoso

The young man was very polite who worked the desk. the room was clean. the breakfast was as good as i could expect during c19 . I wish the price was lower, but was still fair. The only thing i wish was better was the tv in that there were no movie channels. i plan to stay there again,we have stayed there in the past and were happy then too.

For the price of the hotel it was not what I expected, when we first arrived the bathroom floor was extremely sticky. We also discovered a large stain on our comforter that was nasty, I believe it was urine. The shower curtain was also extremely stained and everything just appeared dirty. It’s a decent hotel but definitely not 4 stars.

It was next to the shopsbso that was nice but other than that will not stay again.. When we went to check in room was not ready and that was to not having enough staff to clean and sanitze. If you want a good night rest find another hotel! Had to listen to people above and on dame floor till about 2am. It's not fun hearing people throwing up in the room above you!

Was clean, front desk clerk was very nice... but, the room was tiny, if your looking for a good nights rest, not the place, there was so many kids playing & being super loud in the hallways till 345 am, woke up looking forward to a nice cup of coffee & that was garbage, definitely was not worth the amount we paid

Very clean rooms. Wonderful amenities. Great staff. Exceptional stay!!!
