Days Inn by Wyndham Ruidoso Downs

My stay at the hotel was great! The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is nice and new. I also loved that they allow pets. My dog usually goes everywhere with me so I look for places that will allow her. The area is very quite and close to Walmart and downtown. I enjoyed my stay. I will stay there again.

Room was great for price paid. Clean and neat. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating! We will definitely stay here again on our next visit here.

Great stay and pretty basic amenities. However, the style of the rooms are very luxurious feeling. The look so nice, and it feels like you're in a higher end hotel. My only complaints are, the sheets were dirty with some sort of stain, looked like blood, the bathroom had hairs everywhere, and they weren't mine as they were long, curly, and blonde, and I'm a fake red head with bone straight hair. Also, maybe a heads up to tell neighboring rooms to be a bit quiet, or stay away from the connecting doors. I could hear the rude couple next door as loud as day.

Staff was super nice. The person who checked us in was named Andy he was super nice to my mom and gave us a super nice room.
