We got a suite and it was awesone! spacious bathroom with a walk in shower. 2 doors that lead to balcony! Living room area and separate bedroom area. A nice big closet with lots of room. Staff was very friendly in hotel and connecting casino! We also hit a few jackpots. Had so much fun I forgot to take pictures!!!

F@#% Santa Claran casino. Prior to the pandemic I was receiving close to a hundred dollars a week in free slot play. I wasn't getting that much free slot play because they thought I was a nice guy. I got it because of the amount of money I had spent there. Unlike all the other casinos in that area, Santa Claran once reopened did not honor my free slot play that I previously had established. I was told that it had expired. So now I get nothing. Quite frankly in all fairness my free slot play should have been carried forward. I expressed my discontent at the players club booth. They took down my information and was told that someone in upper management would contact me. I've also tried calling in and had left messages requesting a return call. None of my calls or my inquiry at the players club booth were returned. All the other casinos I played at had honored my free slot play that I had previously established. Unfortunately for me, the majority of my time was spent at Santa Claran. If that's how the honor and appreciate their customers, then they don't deserve another dime of my business

Beautiful casino and friendly staff. It's disappointing that the ATM's are always disabled most days, there's hardly ever any cage cashier's on busy nights, all of the Keno machines were taken out in the back and there's only 4 left that you can never play. The ratio of pays on machines still sucks unless they loosen up the machines on planned nights. The slot are really loose you can play for a while cause the machines pay a lot. Great Hotel also and the staff is friendly and professional. I love this place.
